He has worked with clients structuring the ownership and management of luxury assets such as yachts and aircraft and also manages structures for utilising Intellectual Property in general and in the digital sector in particular.
As a director he adds value, oversight and governance to the boards he sits on and uses his wealth of operational experience to ensure the best outcomes, working effectively with senior stakeholders, his peer group and the administrative team supporting him.
An associate of the Chartered Governance Institute, David has a broad understanding of the offshore financial services sector having had responsibility for structuring, long, medium and short-term strategic planning for client entities, business development, corporate governance and risk management.
