Lucy undertakes bookkeeping, tax computations, as well as preparing and reviewing financial statements for trusts and corporate entities.
She works closely with the Client Services team as well as liaising with property managers, investment managers and auditors. Lucy also supervises one other member of the team.
During her career she has acquired experience in producing and submitting personal, trust, company and UK non-resident landlord tax returns, corporation tax returns, Isle of Man VAT returns and Annual Returns. She has a detailed understanding of preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts, reports for board meetings, the compilation and distribution of weekly debtors’ information, payroll and billing as well as monitoring and controlling processes in respect of cash, income and expense transactions.
Lucy is a qualified Certified Accounting Technician, has a Level 3 extended diploma in Business and is currently studying with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
