Simon is responsible for the timely preparation of trust and company accounts and leads our team of client accountants in the Isle of Man.
During his career he has acquired a great deal of accountancy experience having previously managed the audit process and supported senior leadership teams by providing appropriate financial data for strategic planning. He is used to working closely with other professional advisers and has worked within the real estate, financial services, insurance, fiduciary and fund administration sectors.
Simon is responsible for overseeing the wide variety of work carried out by the team including bespoke bookkeeping, financial and investor reporting, statistical analysis, forecasting and management accounting as well as VAT and other regulatory returns. He oversees a varied portfolio including trusts, property and investment holdings, commercial and residential real estate and general trading companies. Simon is particularly adept at managing complicated situations efficiently and effectively on behalf of clients. He ensures the team is kept up to date with changes in regulations, legislation and accounting practices to ensure the highest level of service for clients.
Simon graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a BA (Hons) in Business Management, was admitted to the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2015 and become a Fellow in 2020.
