With more than 30 years’ experience as a chartered governance professional, Lois manages and provides technical support, particularly in the area of corporate governance/company secretarial practice, to a team delivering high-quality, trust and corporate services.
She is personally responsible for the administration of a small portfolio of complex structures holding a wide range of assets including investment portfolios, commercial and residential real estate, luxury assets and intellectual property. Lois works closely with other professional advisers to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
During her career she has acquired a great deal of experience in the financial services industry and the charity sector, with a particular focus on company and trust law and administration, corporate governance, compliance and the implementation of policies and procedures. She has also spent time working for the Isle of Man Government in financial supervision, legislation and policy.
Lois has a BA (Hons) in French and Music from the University of Liverpool, a post-graduate teaching qualification from the University of Reading, is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute and an Associate Member of the Institute of Leadership.
