Thomas joined Abacus Trust Group in 2016 and has more than six years’ experience working within the trust and corporate services industry on the Isle of Man.
He is responsible for the day to day administration of a varied portfolio of client structures which include family trusts, residential property holding companies and investment holding companies.
Thomas provides support to the group with all aspects of statutory, company secretarial work and regulatory requirements. He assists with matters in relation to Isle of Man and UK companies, including incorporations, share allotments and transfers, change of officers and company details, company charges, producing board meetings, annual returns, beneficial ownership act requirements, re-domiciliation and company liquidations.
Thomas was awarded a First-Class BA (Hons) in Sports Studies from the University of Central Lancashire and a Master of Arts from the University of Chester in Business Entrepreneurship. Thomas is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
