Annie provides guidance and support throughout the employee life cycle from recruitment to on-boarding, staff relations, annual rewards and succession planning. She has implemented numerous HR projects including formal frameworks for induction, appraisals, disciplinary and training matters. Annie ensures staff are aware of company procedures and the business is up to date and fully compliant with employment legislation.
Annie also heads a varied portfolio of special projects which cover regulatory licences, GDPR, governance, compliance, shareholder needs and responses to legislative changes. She provides IT support, acting as a tester and go-between, as well as managing system upgrades and is the deputy to the Data Protection Officer. Annie sits on the Corporate & Social Responsibility Committee, the Health & Safety Committee, is a qualified first aider and is AED certified.
Annie has accumulated a wealth of experience in the fiduciary sector – she began her trust career managing client portfolios before relocating to Mauritius to set up an outsourced service centre for a global trust business. She then moved into business transformation assisting an Isle of Man entity in widening its European footprint, moving to Malta to establish a licensed trust business before returning to the Isle of Man to focus on global acquisitions.
Annie is a member of the Chartered Management Institute, holding a Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership and is an associate member of the Institute of Directors.
