Company & Trust Management Position

We are searching for an experienced Assistant Manager/Manager to join our client services team.

You will assist in the administration of a portfolio of Company and Trust structures including book-keeping and accounts review for the same.

This role would be perfect for a motivated professional with previous experience in a TCSP or similar role and a relevant qualification.

Accountabilities

  • Responsibility for all aspects of day to day administration for a portfolio of clients
  • Direct client and intermediary contact (written and verbal)
  • Maintenance of client financial records
  • Production of Minutes and governance documents
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, introducers and intermediaries
  • Carrying out administration tasks to assigned deadlines
  • Carrying out statutory and governance work for a range of companies across various jurisdictions, within filing deadlines

Skills required to undertake the role

  • Ability to produce quality work to strict deadlines
  • Ability to consider tax and legal implications of transactions
  • Technical knowledge of complex fiduciary structures
  • Technical knowledge of statutory filing requirements
  • Demonstrable robust communication skills

Competencies

  • Accurately complete detailed technical and statutory work
  • Self motivated with a structured approach to work
  • Identify and analyse problems by interpreting data available
  • A team player with ability to communicate with all levels

Knowledge and expertise required to undertake the role – Essential

  • Good understanding of Director and Trustee duties and responsibilities
  • Excellent working knowledge of Fiduciary Structures
  • Working knowledge of Company and Trust law and statutory and regulatory obligations
  • Book-keeping for Companies and Trusts

Experience and qualifications – Essential

  • Hold a relevant qualification, i.e. ICSA/Governance Institute, STEP
  • Demonstrable industry experience in a similar role
