Administration Assistant – Monaco

We are looking for an Administration Assistant for a 6-month fixed-term contract (renewable).

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organise her/his work using all office equipment. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.

Requirements:

  • Assistance with administrative procedures for all services offered by the Monaco administration teams, for clients residing in the Principality – including Services Fiscaux, Service de la Circulation, Département de l’Expansion Economique,
  • Assistance in all proceedings for clients wishing to become resident in the Principality (help in preparing the file for the Residents Service, organising house moves, importing art, pets, cars and yachts).
  • Temporary or ad hoc personal assistance to clients when necessary
  • Organisation of everything a client may need after a local or international move to the Principality (steps for the installation of electricity and telecoms, coordination with real estate agents, insurance companies and registration assistance in schools, nurseries, or private clubs in Monaco).
  • Prepare customers’ travel or leisure bookings as required.
  • Development of the concierge business adapted for our clients.
  • General administration of the office, organising meetings, filing, providing cover for reception or other assistants.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
  • Working knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Qualifications:

  • BAC+2 / University degree. Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
