Abacus is to be among representatives of the Isle of Man Superyacht Forum who will co-host an Isle of Man stand at the London Yacht Jet and Prestige Car Show in London between the 8-10th April, to promote the Isle of Man and its effectiveness for the structuring and management of luxury assets.
Paul Kneen and John-Michael McCann will attend the event on behalf of Abacus, where they will be available throughout the show on the IOMSYF stand situated at M15 on the Mezzanine Floor of Old Billingsgate Market, to discuss the Isle of Man’s wide range of activities and services available to the superyacht and aircraft industries.
In its debut year, the 3 day event described as ‘Monaco comes to London’ aims to attract London’s wealthy elite and will showcase the superyacht and luxury asset management businesses among its exclusive ‘in-water’ yacht show at St Katharine Docks and its design and product showcase; fine art, watch and gift gallery; and a three day ‘Travel & Summer Fashion Show’ featuring several of the world’s top designer brands at Old Billingsgate Market.
Paul Kneen, Chief Executive Officer of the Abacus Financial Services Group, said: “Featuring exhibits from some of the world’s luxury yacht builders and brokers, yacht charter agents, private jet manufacturers and aircraft operators, premium car manufacturers and a range of luxury goods and services companies, this event really is the ideal platform for companies like us to promote the Isle of Man and its wealth management proposition. The Island offers a number of advantages to those looking to structure their wealth effectively and we hope to be able to provide some information and assistance to those who may have any such structuring requirements. I am looking forward to discussing the benefits of using the Isle of Man and to promoting the Island’s highly proficient yachting and aviation sector, whilst taking advantage of such a great networking platform.”
