Leading corporate, fiduciary and fund services Group, Abacus, is pleased to announce the promotion of Kevin Loundes to Director of Abacus Trust Company Limited (ATCL) as part of its ongoing strategy to deepen its client service capabilities and its people resources plan for the long term strength of the Group.
With over 20 years’ experience in taxation, 10 of which spent advising offshore clients, with particular regard to residence, domicile and the use of offshore trusts and companies for wealth and estate planning, Kevin has a wealth of experience and a comprehensive knowledge of the markets in which Abacus works as well as its own business cultures and operations.

Kevin began his career training as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte before moving to KPMG to specialise in Tax where he qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor. He joined Abacus in 2016 as Senior Tax Manager and was then promoted to Tax Director in 2018. Kevin has a wealth of experience in the provision of international and UK tax advice having advised a wide range of clients including offshore funds, property structures, trustees of offshore trusts and high net worth individuals.
Kevin is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
