Solving problems and getting my teeth into a meaty reconciliation!!

What did you want to be when you were growing up?
I genuinely can’t remember.
If you could be successful in another profession, which would you choose?
Event organiser or charity fund raiser
What is the ultimate question you would love to have the answer to?
How do you communicate with teenagers??!!
Which living person do you most admire and why?
I’ll choose two, my parents. They are constantly there for all the family, giving support and love and never judging.
What’s your biggest inspiration?
I’m inspired by the good in people. Kindness and manners cost nothing.
If you had just one hour with anyone of your choice (past or present), who would it be and why?
Any one of my grandparents, it would be nice to talk to them as an adult. As a child you don’t think to ask them about their lives, especially my grandfathers who both fought in the Second World War.
What one piece of advice would you give to your teenage self?
Be yourself and don’t worry about what everyone else thinks or does.
If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be?
A couple of inches in height!!
What period of history most fascinates you?
Not a history lover at all. I do like learning about my own family tree, recently finding out that some of my family date back to 1700’s in Maughold, Isle of Man.
Do you have any fears or phobias?
I don’t like the dark – the landing light is left on for me not my children
If you were to an animal, what would you be and why?
Can I choose an insect – a fly on the wall!!
What book could you read over and over again?
None – once I’ve finished a book I’d rather read another one.
